    Pampering ourselves and relaxing is one of the best way to reduce stress.   This applies to men and women.  We all have enough stress in our lives that we need to find ways to reduce the extra stress that comes into our lives.   Whether it be stress from our home  or our work we need to find time to just relax.  I have found that a nice hot bath with soft lighting, a good book or some soft music and some wonderful bubble bath takes me to that place that I can unwind from a long day.  I hope that we can all find that place even if for just a few minutes.  I am hoping to give others some great ideas on how to relieve the stress in their lives so we can all live long happy lives
